Getting Started

Global Account admins now have a new 'Cardholders' page where you can:

• Request cards for team members

• View card status and individual spending at a glance

• Freeze/unfreeze, cancel cards, and adjust limits

• Review transactions and statements per cardholder

• Track approved, pending, and cancelled cardholders

The 'Balances' tab also now displays the HKD funds reserved for card spending and the total HKD balance available in your Global Account.
